Frequent sites and progress cards
The bottom of the new tab shows the sites you visit most. You can pin the ones you use every day, and for shows and serials, a card can keep track of where you left off.
Frequent sites
By default, the cards at the bottom show your most visited sites. Click a card to open the site.
To see recently visited sites instead, click "···" at the top right of the cards and choose "Show Recent".
Rows and turning off cards
To choose how many rows of site cards appear, go to Appearance → New Tab → Site Cards in Lumno's settings.
- Drag the slider to show one row or two. The default is one row.
- Drag it to 0 to turn off site cards. The bottom of the new tab no longer shows these sites.
- Next to the slider, switch between Show Recent and Show Most Visited, the same choices as in the cards' "···" menu.
To hide just one site, right-click its card and choose Remove. The site comes back the next time you visit it, and a pinned card is unpinned as well. To keep a site off the new tab and out of search results for good, add it to the Blacklist in Lumno's settings.
Pin a site
Hover over a card and click the pin icon at its bottom right. You can pin up to three cards. Click the pin again to unpin a card. Pinned cards sync through your browser.
Track progress in a show or serial
When you pin a show or a serialized novel, Lumno starts tracking your progress. When you reach the next episode or chapter of the same title, the card updates to it, so next time you can continue from where you left off.
- A card that's tracking progress shows a radar icon. Click the icon to stop tracking.
- If you don't need this feature, turn off "Keep pinned shows and novels up to date" in Lumno's settings.
Progress is updated on your computer based on the pages you open, and is never sent anywhere.
